Laura A. Weiss, Founder, brings over a decade of experience as a veteran in the homebuilding industry. She is a visionary who has built a solid reputation with an amazing network of strategic alliances.
Laura's career began with Pulte Homes where her undeniable determination and her aggressive sales skills earned her the ranking of a "Top Gun" sales consultant. She embraced her intricate sales training and quickly was placed among the top sales consultants.
Laura continued her career with The Selective Group as a top producing sales consultant and went on to become the Marketing Director for Centex Homes, post-acquisition of The Selective Group. Her broad range of responsibilities included: Strategic Marketing (Land Acquisitions, Demographic and feasibility studies) and Operational Marketing (Print advertising, Collateral creation and production, Signage, Realtor and Corporate Outreach programs, New Community Procedure Manuals, Referral Programs, Model merchandising and Grand Openings). Her responsibilities also included acting as Design Center Director in which she hired, trained and managed the design center staff as well as researched the latest trends and offerings to optimize the design center revenue. Laura was a key player in the development and building of Centex's centralized design center.
Laura went on to become VP of Marketing and Design Center Director for Tadian Homes. During her tenure at Tadian Homes, Laura was instrumental in the acquisition of another local builder, SRJ. Laura not only served as VP of Marketing, but also hired, trained and managed the design center staff as well as completed all feasibility studies for land purchases and managed merchandising of all models.
At the height of her career as an industry leader, Laura utilized her extensive experience along with her knowledge of the industry to begin a business of her own...Laura Weiss and Associates. Laura also serves as a member of the Bank of America New Housing Exchange which monitors the top 20 housing markets in the nation.
